Evolution and 2012

I'm a big believer of the Mayan 2012 prophecy, it's been part of my conditioning over the past 11 years since my spiritual awakening in 2001. The world didn't end last year on December 21st however, it wasn't supposed to anyway, this date was an estimation of the Mayan Calendar end date which signifies the turning into a new cycle of time, it reflects in our consciousness. The Mayan calendar is a system for measuring cycles of consciousness more than it is some cosmological fortune cookie that tells us about our love life or when world war 3 is going to occur.

The materialist view might have hoped that some sort of big wonderful revolutionary something or other might have occurred in 2012 to give us New Age Hippy types something to gloat about over the Spiritually unwashed, but that for sure would definitely not occur. Could you imagine if a big wonderful revolutionary something or other had occurred on that date? The amount of arrogance that would have prevailed as a result. A big cosmological "I told you so", as the Hippy's lauded pridefully over the minions of common consciousness. Not a chance!

Evolution strikes me as more subtle and all encompassing than this, in fact many New Ager's may be confused by the lack of any wonderful revolutionary something or other happening. It's caused them perhaps to let go their ideas of a Spiritual Utopia emerging from the failings of these old patriarchal systems. A good thing as many may be encouraged to take further responsibility for their own life and evolution instead of waiting on an outside agent to do the job for them! But still anyone can see that the patriarchal systems are wobbling big time, with the banks, governments and religious establishments taking quite the hitting these days. The signs of a doomed and failing society are there for all to see.

But what's happening within human consciousness?

Many people spoke about feeling a subtle shift occur in the last days of 2012, so subtle it went barely unnoticed. But they felt it. I felt something too. Deep in my own consciousness I felt a sense of energetic recalibration between my head and heart. There was a higher than usual release of DMT from my Pineal gland during a period of two days from the 21st. The Pineal gland acts as a gateway between the spiritual and physical dimensions and is most active during dream-time, and when we are both born into this world and when we die from it too.

I saw within a soft white energy deep below my thoughts and emotions and from this a feeling of impermeable wholeness. Something was in process, being changed, re-calibrated, emerging. I saw small fractal geometries being modified like switches on and off. Something was busy at work shaping our underlying consciousness. It was very subtle but I get the feeling it was also quite significant. If I were to hazzard a guess I would say that it was indeed a shift into unity consciousness. I could feel my heart and mind as one, there was no split or blindness of perception.

But this feels just like the beginning, a foothold if you like from which this consciousness will emerge in the world through our actions, creativity, and expression. It won't be noticed as such and is not something special, rather just the way it is as humanity get's on with it's natural evolution. It won't mean that everything changes overnight and that us Hippy's take over presidency and change the world to our ideals. Absolutely not, it's not going to happen that way. Neither do I feel that women will have the upper-hand in some matriarchal systemising of society. I do believe however that an equality will realise itself and that both men and woman will live their full spiritual potential complimentary of each other.

As for transitioning into another dimension, yes I believe that's happening. I see glimpses nearly every day of different panorama's that show the unreality of this world and the emergence of something brighter and more true. It's experiential. And I believe gradually it's all going to shift and we'll realise our relationship with each other is a relationship with ourselves. And that the inner most part of us will shine forth as what we are. Our perception will transform and so with it our world.

• It will be impossible to hurt each other as we won't have any pain within our own minds of which to inflict.
• Fear and agitation will dissolve and a peaceful stability will ensue, and with this a direct partnership and communication with the planet.
• Greed will be no more as we won't feel any sense of needing, instead we'll find more gratitude and richness for ourselves in giving.
• There will be no shadows or taboo's in our own psyche or society, doubts will disappear and a new strength and sophistication will emerge.
• There will be no more striving to attain goals or to be anything other than what we are.    
• We will learn better ways to use the mind creating different realities for ourselves and each other.
• We will travel throughout the multidimensional cosmos and meet with other races and beings.
• We will be a universal species and will come to ever more deeply appreciate our mysterious origin.

Many cultures are living this way right now. And many people I know experience these things day to day. But there's still a confused world of pain out there of which we're attached and that's in the process of resolving itself. Eventually I believe things will come good. Many prophecies regarding the end times are actually occurring. All of it happening bit by bit at the same time as we ourselves individually resolve. The world situation is a symbolic reflection of what's going on inside ourselves, that's metaphysics 101. It's our own life dream and perception, therefore as we heal and transform so too will all the rest of it.
