We need not bind ourselves to the rigidities of time, as its possible to flow with each day in observation of experience. Observation with full involvement but with minimal association. As through associating ourselves with experience we slow down into time and solidity. The dimension of challenges, difficulties and suffering.
Each experience is a feeling within ourselves. So no matter the circumstance consider the inner feeling. And if you wish to change things in life then simply change your own feeling about it. Feeling is creation.
Consider how one draws, paints or does anything in life. It's a feeling that's conveyed and experienced. Consider dreams too in those moments when you can't tell the difference between what's a dream and what's real. Truth being there is no difference, we can experience our dreams anytime. Same as we can experience the feeling of any experience we've had. It's just a matter of focus. Everything is a dream, and everything is feeling.
So what does this mean? It means that we have a lot of power and can do anything we want. But first we need to learn this stuff, or moreso unlearn the limiting beliefs that bind us to the life of mediocrity and suffering. It's the quality of attention that brings results. Think about it. By taking complete action on anything that you really truly want it always occurs. But you need to truly want it. It has to be in your feelings and not just in the whims of mind and emotional need.
This is the real meaning behind the phrase "follow you're heart". It's your intuition, your authentic inner self. The one that's doubtless and clear. The one that's in observation of life. Feel it now and know this. Allow it to go deeper. This is what they're talking about too when they talk about Enlightenment.
